Welcome to Beyond Peru Travel. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking a journey with us, you accept these terms in full. Please read them carefully to ensure a seamless and safe expedition through the heart of the Andes.

1. Booking & Reservations

A reservation is considered confirmed once Beyond Peru Travel has received and accepted the required deposit or full payment. A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total tour price is required to secure a reservation unless otherwise specified in writing. The remaining balance is due no later than ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled departure date. Beyond Peru Travel will provide guests with an invoice, payment link, or other approved payment method for the remaining balance. Reservations made within ninety (90) days of departure generally require payment in full at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been approved by Beyond Peru Travel in writing. Beyond Peru Travel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment deadlines are not met. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the applicable due date may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any deposits previously paid.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

Tour prices include only those services specifically listed in the itinerary provided to the guest. Unless otherwise stated, tour prices do not include: • International airfare • Domestic flights within Peru • Travel insurance • Alcoholic beverages • Gratuities • Personal expenses • Passport or visa fees • Optional activities • Meals not specifically listed • Any items not expressly identified as included All prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation has been confirmed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is determined by the date Beyond Peru Travel receives the cancellation request. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our website, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Certain permits, accommodations, transportation services, and other prepaid travel arrangements may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.

4. Changes Requested by Traveler

Requests to modify travel dates, itineraries, accommodations, transportation arrangements, or other services are subject to availability and may result in additional fees or charges. Beyond Peru Travel cannot guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated.

    5. Changes by Beyond Peru Travel

    Beyond Peru Travel reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to itineraries, accommodations, transportation, activities, guides, schedules, or tour components when necessary due to: • Weather conditions • Safety concerns • Supplier availability • Operational requirements • Government regulations • Natural disasters • Civil disturbances • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control Such changes shall not be considered a breach of contract and may not entitle guests to compensation or refunds.

      6. Travel Insurance

      Beyond Peru Travel strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering: • Trip cancellation • Trip interruption • Medical expenses • Emergency medical evacuation • Repatriation • Baggage loss • Other travel-related risks Guests are solely responsible for obtaining any insurance coverage they deem appropriate.

        7. Health & Fitness Requirements

        Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically capable of participating in their selected tour. Certain itineraries may involve: • Walking • Hiking • Uneven terrain • Altitude exposure • Extended travel days • Other physical activities Guests should consult their physician before travel if they have any concerns regarding their ability to participate safely.

          Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by Beyond Peru Travel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Colorado.

          Assumption of Risk

          Travel involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated, including but not limited to: • Transportation delays • Accidents • Illness • Injury • Altitude-related conditions • Criminal activity • Political events • Weather conditions • Natural disasters • Other unforeseen circumstances By participating in a tour, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and acknowledge that such risks may result in property damage, personal injury, illness, or death.

          Limitation of Liability

          Beyond Peru Travel acts solely as an intermediary between guests and independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, transportation providers, guides, airlines, restaurants, activity operators, and other service providers. Beyond Peru Travel shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, cancellation, accident, death, or expense arising from: • The acts, omissions, negligence, or default of any third-party supplier • Circumstances beyond its reasonable control To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Peru Travel's liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Beyond Peru Travel for the applicable tour.

          Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

          Guests are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid: • Passports • Visas • Vaccination records • Travel authorizations • Any other documentation required for entry into Peru or destinations included in their itinerary Beyond Peru Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruptions resulting from inadequate travel documentation.

          Guest Conduct

          Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout the tour. Beyond Peru Travel reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is: • Disruptive • Unsafe • Illegal • Abusive • Negatively impacts the experience of other guests No refund shall be provided for services missed or unused due to removal from a tour for conduct-related reasons.

          Photography & Marketing

          Photographs and videos taken during tours may be used by Beyond Peru Travel for marketing, promotional, website, social media, or advertising purposes unless a guest provides written notice prior to the start of the tour requesting not to be included in such materials.
